Text Box: Investment Club — Secondary
Discussions and groundwork with MRDC Investment Facilitators, is at the final stage of completion. The Investment club will start in earnest next term as one of the co-curricular activities which will be offered.

Music-Secondary
To further raise the awareness of the use of music as a means of arousing the interest of pupils and consolidating learning, the Music department in conjunction with the Mrs. Fatoye is developing a cross-curricular scheme of work that will be incorporated into departmental schemes of work.

Life Skills Training.-Secondary
The Finishing school, Park Royal was enlisted to provide etiquette training, developing ambassadorial traits,    business and life skills for Key Stage 3 students. The programme was originally expected to run as a club during the co-curricular period, however, it was fixed on the timetable and was held every alternate week to P.E and   Music lessons.
It is hoped that the students involved have developed special skills in becoming true ladies and gentlemen
Dad’s and Daughter’s Day-Secondary
A Dads & Daughters’ Day was held on Saturday 10th November 2007. The turn out of “dads” was impressive and various issues regarding the relationship of dads and daughters were extensively discussed. It has been decided that we make this event an annual occasion and possibly create a similar event for “Mums and Sons”.

LIBRARY PARTY
The annual Library party was held amid funfair on Saturday, 8th December, 2007. The attendance by        parents and students was very  impressive. The PTA in their usual magnanimity provided refreshment to participants. Two Hundred and Eighty Books (280) were also bought and donated to the school‘s library. The PTA donated N100, 000.00 worth of books to the library. Children had lots of fun while cultivating good  reading habits.

Inter Class Spelling Bee. Secondary
Regular Spelling Bee competitions have been held during assemblies and proved to be a lot of fun.

National Day Celebrations. Primary & Secondary
Events for the National day included: -
Inter House quiz competition, which was won by Benue House.
Inter Class Public Speaking competition between the different arms of Year 10. Year 10 C won the competition hands down.
A song presentation by the 10 finalists of the Grange Idol competition.
A successful Social Party was held in the evening. Monies realized were donated to each year Group’s Charity.


A Play titled “Marriages in the past” was presented by a renowned cultural group. A Charity Harvest Programme was held  by both Sections of the School.
