Broadening
the experience
Four
exciting years, richly packed with a wide array
of learning activities ranging from classroom
programmes to practical, hands-on learning of
field trips make up the wonderful experience of
Key Stage 2 at Grange.
Pupils
are allowed to develop their naturally enquiring
minds as they explore the depths of modern methods
for research and information gathering using information
and communication technology, encyclopedia, books,
newspapers and magazines as well as other resource
materials. This way, they take a giant step towards
real independence by taking responsibility for
their own learning.
Our
teachers pay fantastic attention to details, recognizing
and making room for the individual in every pupil
and at the same time ensuring that no single pupil
is delayed or left behind on the journey to the
next stage.
At
the end of Key Stage 2, your child is sure to
have completed an intensive, but fun-filled learning
programme. Transition to Key Stage 3 is therefore
smooth and natural after the end of Key Stage
2 SATs have been taken in Year 6.
